Your first visit is just $99, which includes a complete pool service and thorough assessment. During this visit, we'll clean your pool, test and balance chemicals, check all equipment, and evaluate your pool's condition. After the initial service, we'll provide you with a personalized monthly quote based on your specific needs. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges—you decide if you want to continue with our monthly service.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure online payment system powered by Stripe. You'll receive a payment link after filling out the service request form. We also accept checks and cash for ongoing monthly services.

Every service includes: skimming and removing surface debris, vacuuming the pool floor, brushing walls and tile line, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing water chemistry, balancing chemicals (pH, chlorine, alkalinity), checking and cleaning filters, inspecting equipment for issues, and a detailed text update with photos after each visit. We bring all necessary equipment and chemicals.

Once you complete the $99 initial service payment, we can typically schedule your first visit within 2-5 business days, depending on our current schedule and your location. We'll contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time. If you have an urgent situation (green pool, broken equipment, etc.), let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you sooner.

After your initial $99 service, we offer flexible service plans: weekly service (recommended for most pools), bi-weekly service (great for well-maintained pools), or monthly service (ideal for pools with light use or backup for DIY maintenance). We'll recommend the best frequency based on your pool type, usage, location, and surrounding vegetation.

Yes! We provide complete maintenance for swimming pools, spas, hot tubs, and combination pool/spa setups. Whether you have an in-ground pool, above-ground pool, standalone spa, or attached spa, we've got you covered. Our technicians are trained in all types of aquatic systems.

We understand that plans change. For the initial $99 service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule—we'll work with you to find a new time. For ongoing monthly services, you can cancel or pause service at any time with no contracts or cancellation fees. Just give us a call or send an email.

Absolutely! Chemical balancing is a core part of every service visit. We test pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and stabilizer levels, then adjust as needed to keep your water safe and crystal clear. We also inspect your pump, filter, heater, automation systems, and other equipment during each visit, alerting you to any issues before they become expensive problems.

Yes, Murdock Pool Service is fully licensed and insured for your complete protection and peace of mind. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our technicians are experienced professionals who follow industry best practices and safety standards.

Yes! After every service visit, we send you a detailed text message update that includes photos of your pool, a summary of work performed, chemical readings, and any observations or recommendations. You'll always know exactly what we did and how your pool is looking—even if you're not home during the service.

After we complete your initial service and assessment, we'll provide you with a personalized monthly service quote based on your pool's size, type, condition, and your preferred service frequency. There's no obligation to continue—you can decide if our service is right for you. Most customers love the convenience and quality, and choose to set up ongoing monthly service.
