How does the referral program work?
Enter your name and email to generate a unique referral link. Share it with friends or neighbors who need pool service. When they sign up using your link, both you and your referral earn a reward.
What reward do I earn?
Rewards vary by current promotion. Typically you'll receive a service credit applied to your next monthly invoice. Your referred friend may also receive a discount on their first service.
How will I know if my referral signed up?
We'll notify you by email when your referral uses your link to get started. You can also ask us directly — just email hello@murdockpoolservice.com with your referral code.
How long does it take to receive my reward?
Rewards are applied to your account once your referral completes their first paid service, typically within 2–4 weeks of sign-up. We'll let you know when it's been credited.
Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely! There's no limit to how many people you can refer. Share your unique link as many times as you'd like.
Does my friend need to be in San Diego?
Yes — we currently serve the greater San Diego area including La Mesa, El Cajon, Spring Valley, Bonita, Chula Vista, National City, Eastlake, and Rancho San Diego.
